District Leadership

GACP District Representatives are elected chiefs who serve as the link between local police departments and the GACP Executive Board. District 1 leadership supports communication, regional coordination, collaboration, and professional development among chiefs and command staff.

District Representative Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between District 1 agencies and the GACP Executive Board
  • Communicate statewide updates, initiatives, and directives to district chiefs
  • Represent district interests, concerns, and priorities at the state level
  • Coordinate district meetings, training opportunities, and collaborative efforts
  • Promote information sharing and interagency cooperation across the district
  • Support leadership development, mentorship, and professional growth among chiefs and command staff
